Please fill out the form below if you would be interested volunteering for the B.e. Easy Music and Arts Festival. We are currently looking for volunteers to dedicate part of their day to helping this festival be a success. We can not do this without your help and support. We want all of our volunteers to have the time to enjoy the day as well so we have increased our volunteer list and split the day up into 3 separate 4 hour shifts. We would also like all our volunteers to combine their efforts in helping us promote and make this as successful an event as possible.

We will contact you back as soon as possible with available positions and time slots. We are asking for your credit card information to make sure you are serious and that you work the time slot you are responsible for. If you fail to do your part your card will be charged the price of a presale ticket. This is simply to ensure people take this seriously and help us make this event a success. • all volunteers must be atleast 18 years of age

• Volunteers will be expected to give a minimum of 4-5 hours depending on the shift

• all the volunteers are expected to participate in the big clean up after the show

• volunteers will be dismissed for tardiness or under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• volunteers must check in 15 minutes before their shift starts.
