Guidelines:

 

Please include in your email what your vending and what size space you will be needing. There is a $75 vending fee if you plan to set up a booth this year, the deadline is December 6th, 2015. After this date, the price increases to $100 until January 14th, 2016. The price will increase again to $125 up until the festival on February 6th or until we run out of space.  This helps us know who is commited and how many people we expect to vend, so register early to save some cash. This fee includes 2 tickets to the event for you and a helper, while securing your booth space. If you need a larger booth the fee will be a surcharge. We do not supply the tables or the tents so it is up to the vendor on how they want to set up their space in a safe manner. Thank you for your interest in helping us with our cause and making the park beautiful with your wares.
